Terms & Conditions

  • • Above mentioned rates are applicable for service of maximum 8 hours/day between 0600 hrs and 2100 hrs.
  • • For service between 2100 hrs adn 0600 hrs 15% surcharge would be extra.
  • • For all long distance trips a single vehicle with single chauffeur will be provided.
  • • Toll, parking, interstate taxes etc would be as per actuals
  • • Distance is calculated from base station to base station.
  • • Above rates are applicable for more than 3 days package.
  • • In case of breakdown/ accident of the vehicle during the Trip, we will arrange alternative vehicle without any extra payment. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures (Strike, Hartal, Bandh) or any untoward incidents.

Booking

  • • Call us or mail us your enquiry after choosing the vehicle option.
  • • We shall send you a quote based on your programme within 24 hours.
  • • If acceptable you need to send us a mail confirmation
  • • We shall send in the confirmation in next 24 hours.

Payment

  • • 50% of the payment has to be paid upon confirmation
  • • 50% of the payment 10 days prior to arrival.
  • • Payments can be made via bank transfer/cash.
  • • All drivers’ charges are included in this cost.
  • • There are no hidden charges.

Pick Up Details

• Your chauffeur details will be sent via sms and to the designate email id 12 hours before arrival.

Note

  • • Luxury vehicles and coaches are also available on request.
  • • Tipping is purely your decision and is not mandatory.
  • • Please mention all services at the time of booking or pay for additional services directly.
  • • Kindly intimate us in case of arrival/departure delays.
